MARGARET RHODEN, MT, MB

Margaret Rhoden earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology from the University of West Florida in 2002. She has been with Pensacola Pathologists since 2009 leading the Molecular Pathology Department, and was promoted to Molecular/Regulatory coordinator in 2015. Prior to her employment with Pensacola Pathologists, Margaret worked as a clinical laboratory generalist at West Florida Hospital and a Microbiologist at Sacred Heart Hospital. Margaret is an associate member of the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) in the fields of Medical Technology and Molecular Biology and has co-authored a continuing education article for the ASCP lab Q publication for 2015 in the area of Molecular Pathology. Margaret is licensed by the State of Florida as a Clinical Laboratory Supervisor in the areas of Microbiology, Serology, Clinical Chemistry, Molecular Pathology, Immunohematology, Blood Banking and Hematology. In her spare time, Margaret enjoys boating, fishing, scuba diving, gardening, and travel.
