Susan Jacques, Cytology Supervisor

Susan Jacques has been the Cytology Supervisor for Pensacola Pathologists since September 1991. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Cytotechnology from the University of South Alabama in 1982. She worked as a cytotechnologist and as the cytology supervisor for Sacred Heart Hospital for 11 years. Prior to working as a cytotechnologist in Pensacola she worked in cytology labs in Mobile, Alabama and Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Susan is licensed by the State of Florida as a Clinical laboratory supervisor in cytology. Susan is certified in the following technologies: ThinPrep, SurePath, Focal Point, Urovysion, Digene HPV Hybrid Capture II, and Hologic Panther Aptima. In her off time she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, going to the beach and attending local theatre and plays.
