MARK BLALOCK

After obtaining his BS in Microbiology and Molecular Biology in 2005, Mark began work as a histologist and eventually supervisor of an animal research laboratory in Fort Collins, CO. Through his work there, he gained valuable skills in tissue dissection, histology, and the development of novel IHC techniques and protocols for research. Mark brought this knowledge to Pensacola Pathologists in 2010 as a Pathology Assistant, and was promoted to Histology Supervisor in 2013. Mark is responsible for the day-to-day operations of both the Grossing and Histology labs.
